Operational-Continuity Industrial Renovation
Phased industrial renovation for factories and warehouses using operational analysis, controlled work zones and off-shift scheduling where site conditions allow.
Tell us about your projectFor active factories and logistics warehouses, we assess whether flooring, roofing, steel and MEP works can be phased around operations. Continuity targets depend on the production process, safety controls and site-specific risk assessment.
Scope
What do we assess together?
- Operational analysis and controlled night, weekend or phased work windows
- Heavy-load industrial flooring, epoxy coating and expansion joint repairs
- Structural steel mezzanines, canopies, crane runway beams and machinery foundations
- Industrial roof thermal insulation, sandwich panel replacement and facade cladding
- Fire sprinkler networks, smoke extraction and MEP modernization
- HSE planning, dust containment curtains and acoustic barriers
How we work
A clear project flow in three steps.
Operations & shift analysis
We analyze production rhythms and shift schedules to identify controlled working windows and safety corridors.
Phased execution
Where the risk assessment permits, we carry out structural and MEP works during night, weekend or isolated work windows.
Commissioning & handover
We perform load testing, fire/structural certifications and statutory sign-offs for uninterrupted operations.
Frequently asked
A clear answer first.
Can production continue during factory renovation?
In some facilities, yes. Feasibility depends on the production process, isolation options, HSE controls and the work scope. These conditions are assessed before a continuity plan is agreed.
What industrial renovation services do you provide for heavy industry and logistics?
We cover all structural and MEP requirements including floor reinforcement/epoxy, roof and wall sandwich panels, fire sprinkler systems, steel mezzanine floors and crane runways.
Can an existing warehouse be expanded with a structural steel mezzanine?
It may be possible after structural capacity, foundations, fire safety and operational constraints are verified. Installation phasing is then planned around the approved site conditions.
